Iterate on a landing page by feedback, not by meeting
Page reviews that live in screenshots and long email chains are slow and lose detail. Comments on the page itself are faster and clearer.
· Landing pages · 3 min read
A draft landing page goes to three people. One replies with a screenshot and an arrow. One sends a paragraph. One says it looks fine but mentions a change on a call. Someone then has to collect all of it, work out what conflicts and make the edits.
Why feedback gets lost
- The comment is separated from the thing it is about.
- The same point arrives in three forms.
- Nobody can tell which changes are done.
What works better
Put the comment where the issue is. A note pinned to the headline is unambiguous, while a message saying the top part feels off is not. Collect comments from everyone on the same draft. Make the change, then check it against the comment.
Keep the final call with one person, so the page does not get pulled in every direction.
How Levric does it
In Levric, your team can pin comments on a draft page and Chief makes the change. You watch it happen in a live preview, and ask again if it is not right.
The page stays a draft until you approve it. Every publish waits for a person to say yes.
