One vertical at a time.
A trade takes months to learn properly. We go through that with an operator before we open a vertical, and we do not start the next until the last runs on its own.
The dream of one system that serves any business assumes businesses are interchangeable. They are not. Each one runs on quirks, relationships, and things nobody ever wrote down, and that is exactly where its edge lives. General AI flattens that. Vertical AI captures it and runs it.
So we go deep before we go wide. We learn the vocabulary, the systems, where the money actually moves, and which mistakes are unforgivable, with someone who has run the business for years. It is a slower way to grow and a much harder one to copy. It is also the only way to collapse a middle you actually understand, rather than a generic one you have guessed at.
We do not start the next vertical until the last one runs on its own.
