The gate stays yours.
Collapsing the boring middle only works if the ends stay yours. The idea, the judgment, and the yes before anything public goes out.
The fear with AI in a real business is not that it does too little. It is that it does too much, in your name, without asking. So the first thing we build in every vertical is the gate: anything public, priced, or clinical waits for a person to say yes, for as long as that person wants it to.
The opposite of a black box is not one of us checking your work. Nobody at the studio reviews, edits, or even sees what your agents do inside your business. The gate is yours. Accountability sits in your approval, and in a named person on our side who steps in when an agent stops delivering, never in a system you are asked to trust on faith.
Over time you will move the gate yourself, because you will have watched the same decision go the same way a hundred times and you will stop wanting to sign it off. That is fine. It is your gate to move, one decision at a time, when you have seen enough to trust it. That is a very different thing from being handed autonomy you never asked for.
